At City Green Cleaning, we want you to be genuinely happy with every clean. Here's how our satisfaction guarantee works.
Our Guarantee
If any area of your home or business doesn't meet our cleaning standard, let us know within 24 hours of your appointment and we will return to re-clean the area(s) in question at no additional charge.
How to Reach Us
Contact us with your name, appointment date, and a brief description of the concern. We aim to schedule re-cleans within 1–2 business days.
What's Covered
- Areas that were part of your originally booked service and did not meet our standard.
- Missed spots or tasks that were included in your service plan.
What's Not Covered
- New messes, damage, or issues that occurred after the appointment was completed.
- Items or areas not included in the originally booked service.
- Pre-existing conditions such as permanent staining, mold, or damage unrelated to cleaning.
